When it comes to relationships it isn’t always smooth sailing and sometimes the result is because of stress.
Life is full of stress and when you are in a relationship you may have to deal with a lot more them you can handle. What I mean by that, is that you all have your own life problems to deal with, just like your girlfriend/boyfriend/partner has, but in a relationship you are considered one and share everything which could sometimes mean each others problems.
My Special Someone and I have dealt with our fair share of stress which not only causes us problems but it effects our relationship too, which as a result makes things even worse. One thing I can say for definite is no matter what happens don’t lose sight of what is making you feel the way you both feel. The situation you are going through can make you feel very emotional, you can get angry, upset and very frustrated and you will aim all those emotions at your girlfriend/boyfriend/partner which could cause arguments, fights and even big problems.
When it came to me and my Special Someone we always tried to be understanding of each other, we always tried to make sure that the other one calmed down a bit and most importantly we always tried to talk through stuff even if the conversation didn’t always head in the right direction (basically both of our faults) but we did try to be there for each other(depending on whose problem it was) One other thing to remember is that if you are the one with problems then just be careful with how much you complain and react towards it around your girlfriend/boyfriend/partner as there is only so much they can handle even if they are trying their very best to do the right thing by you. Be aware and understanding of what they have to put up with too.
